When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping, and orders are processed within 5 business days.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We will replace items if they are defective or if you change your mind about a purchase (conditions apply). To initiate the exchange process, send us an email at email@example.com. Please note that to complete your exchange, we require proof of purchase.
How long do I have to return/exchange my item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. After 30 days, we're unable to accommodate such requests.
Which items are eligible for return/exchange?
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must be returned in its original packaging.
What happens after I mail back my item to return/exchange?
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email with an approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, a store credit code will be dispatched shortly after.
What fees are associated with returns/exchanges?
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. BAIN is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
How long does it take to complete a return/exchange?
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Can I return/exchange sale items?
Only regular-priced items are available for return/exchange. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
